ECO4 Funding?
ECO4 is a government backed energy efficiency scheme in Great Britain to tackle fuel poverty and help reduce carbon emissions. The ECO scheme means that medium and large gas and electricity suppliers are obliged to help households with energy efficiency such as Electric Storage Heaters, loft insulation, cavity wall insulation, solid wall insulation, and boiler replacement or repair. The scheme provides funding to help eligible people reduce the cost of heating by installing energy-efficient measures.
Benefits to Tenants
Financial savings on energy bills, such as the installation of insulation and heating measures.
The Home Heating Cost Reduction Obligation (HHCRO) requires energy suppliers to promote the installation of any measures that lead to a financial saving.

You are eligible for ECO if you own your own home or rent the property.
Receiving Benefits?
If you are in receipt of any of the following benefits listed hereECO4 Eligibility you will qualify for HHCRO funding.
NB: To qualify the benefit recipient can be anyone that lives in the house for example, a disabled child, Grandparents or parents, or spouse receiving a state benefit.

Not receiving benefits?
If you do not receive any of the above Benefits you may Qualify under LA FLEX (Local Authority Flex) or LADS (Local Authority Delivery Scheme).

ECO4 FUNDING IN 3 EASY STEPS

We will arrange a FREE survey by one of our qualified and certified surveyors, this will consist of a 10 -15 minute inspection of your home’s energy efficiency measures, home survey visits are designed to be minimally intrusive.
Once we have identified the measures that can be implemented, we will arrange for the installation works to be carried out with your approval and coordinate the works to maximise the convenience. On average, most works are completed in less than 5 days.
